About Me

Debbie has lived in Austin (Westlake and Tarrytown) for 25+ years and knows Austin inside and out. She raised her two children here and has personally experienced Austin’s transformation from small college town to one of the most vibrant cities in the country. What sets her apart? She was a corporate sales executive (IBM) for many years, with strong leadership, sales, marketing, and negotiation skills. Experience has its rewards. Her clients breathe easier knowing that she’s in their corner. She is also a veteran at relocation, having moved countless times throughout her IBM career. She gets it!

Debbie specializes in luxury real estate which may or may not have a high price point! Her experience and industry designations speak for themselves. (She’s a Real Estate Broker – a license held by less than 1% of Texas Realtors). She believes honesty, integrity, and ethics are critical in business and is committed to personalized and comprehensive customer service. She places her client’s needs first, and stays in constant communication throughout the buying/selling process.

Debbie is a firm believer in giving back to the community and has focused her volunteer activities on organizations that support the needs of women and children. She has chaired many fundraisers and served on the Boards of many organizations. As a result of her philanthropic commitment she received the Austin Board of Realtors Community Service Award – given to just one realtor a year out of thousands in the Austin area.

In her spare time she loves experiencing all that Austin has to offer from acclaimed new restaurants, music venues, and the special events and festivals that make Austin so unique. She absolutely loves to travel, enjoys playing bridge and Mahjongg, relishes walking Lady Bird Lake, likes to bury herself in a good book, savors the serenity of snow skiing now that she has retired from skiing “the bumps”, is still volunteering with various non-profits, and actively working on her bucket list!

She loves what she does, loves this town and you’ll love working with her.

Debbie’s expertise is the Westlake (Eanes) market and its alternative options (Lake Travis, Central Austin, Barton Creek, Northwest Hills, etc…) She has represented luxury, ranch, and lake clients. She prides herself on thinking outside the box to market her client’s listings or find them a new dream home (even if not currently offered for sale)!
